Support the Stock Plan Services participant experience on NetBenefits, Fidelity's platform where clients' employees manage their equity compensation, helping customers understand, manage and maximise their benefits across desktop, tablet and mobile.

  • Translate customer attitudes and needs into useful, usable experiences across desktop, tablet and mobile, in a collaborative, iterative, fast-paced environment.
  • Lead workshops to document user flows and journey maps and define the user problem to solve.
  • Run simultaneous design across multiple web and mobile projects, and help develop UX guidelines and standards used across products.
